Our consultation process typically involves 2-3 meetings, where we work closely with you to determine your unique budget, needs, and preferences. This allows us to gain a clear understanding of how we can best bring your dream home to life. Together, we will view similar houses, take a tour of the neighbourhood, and explore available plots to find the perfect location for your dream home.
Our goal is to ensure that your vision and desires are aligned with the plot selected, and that it meets your specific requirements. We take great care in shortlisting and selecting the most appropriate plot that will serve as the foundation for your dream home. At Darling Homes, we are committed to creating a personalised and seamless experience as we work with you to bring your dream home to reality.

Follow up meetings can take place on site to view houses and plots or at ASKA’s offices to sign for your chosen plot.
We specialize in building unique homes to fit various budgets and needs. Starting with a 132m2 home on a 250m2 Plot we can go up to any size that your budget allows. In areas such as Sandown the barrier to entry is R2.5 million.
We do not often have ready built houses for sale as we offer a Plot, Plan, Co-Creation Service where we design and build homes together to a size that fits your specification, budget and needs. Please, however, do inquire with ours Sales Representative nikki@darlinghomes.co.za to see what is available.
Darling Homes is currently building in Sandown. Sandown is situated right next to Parklands North and Sagewood. For more info about the neigbourhoods and developments click here.
Darling Homes specialises in Plot and Plan where we co-create a home to a size that fits your budget. These homes normally start from 132m2 at around R2.5mil.
We have plenty of past designs for you to browse. When building with Darling Homes, however we believe in a process of Co-Creation, where we sit with our Professional Architect and design your home according to your preffered style and needs.
There are various plot available in Sandown and price ranges based on position and size. They generally start from R940 000.
Most of our clients finance their build through a Bond. You are however welcome to finance the building of your home by way of cash. Please get in to contact with us to discuss this offer in more detail.
Generally speaking, for every R30 000 of household income the bank is willing to offer a bond value of R1 000 000. This is however subject to the interest rates and personal credit scores.
